Coming to China for medical treatment for the first time can be nerve-wracking. This article divides pre-travel preparation into three categories.
1. Medical Document Preparation (Most Important!)
- ✅ Physical examination report within last 6 months
- ✅ ECG and Echocardiogram reports
- ✅ List of all current medications
Tip: If you have electronic versions of these materials, upload them via our online consultation system before departure.
2. Documents & Visa
- Passport: Must be valid for at least 6 more months
- Visa: A regular tourist visa (L visa) is sufficient; stay is usually 30-90 days
3. Daily Life Arrangements
- Flight tickets: Recommended to book only after treatment plan is confirmed
- Accommodation: Partner hotels near TEDANCD, priced around USD 30-80/night
- Communication: Recommended to purchase a local Chinese SIM card
